{"Overview": "At Arrow Child and Family Ministries, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our programs, including client files and data entry, scheduling appointments, and assisting staff with clerical work and minor administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Execute various administrative tasks, including generating reports and data entry.
* Act as a liaison for programs with corporate departments.
* Manage business operations, including purchasing and invoices, petty cash reconciliation, and bill receivables for private clients.
* Regularly handle confidential information.
* Responsible for record-keeping duties associated with child and family files.
* Assist with facility management, including maintaining maintenance files, inspections, security systems, and health department records.
* Perform all duties within contract, state, and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred. At minimum, High School diploma with at least 3 years of related experience.

Salary:

* Min: USD $14.00/Hr.
