About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Healthpro Heritage, LLC. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing 1:1 ABA intervention to clients in their homes, schools, communities, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment protocols as written, collect data on specific target behaviors, and write service notes.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with a client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Effectively communicate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other team members.
  • Maintain client and family confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a team of ABA providers to provide the best care for clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High school equivalent or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Desire to work with children of varying ages and abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, efficient problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Must keep the best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities.
