Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and caring Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children and families in their natural environment, teaching essential skills and promoting positive behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children in their homes, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families
