Behavioral Therapist - Alpha Numeric

At Alpha Numeric, we are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding the development and execution of personalized behavior intervention plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).
  • Analyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary starting at $90,000 per annum.
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Annual performance bonus ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.
