About the Role

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinical leadership role. As a key member of our team, you will oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and support a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, innovative care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
