Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children and families in their natural environment to teach essential skills and promote positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Provide training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism
