Mundial Media is in search of a Corporate Development/Business Development Analyst to bolster the company's strategic growth initiatives. This position will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing new business prospects, partnerships, and strategies for market expansion, while contributing to the overarching vision of the company. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team to formulate data-informed strategies for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new avenues for growth, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to guide business strategy and evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and perform valuation analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist the CEO in crafting and implementing corporate strategy initiatives.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of new business initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.
  • Support negotiations, due diligence, and the execution of strategic partnerships or transactions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform the company's strategic direction.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a passion for multicultural media and advertising.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
