The Masterworks Mustard Seed program aims to help pregnancy centers and clinics generate sustainable donor files and revenue growth. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by ensuring accurate data entry and providing administrative support to the team.

This position requires strong proofreading abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for entering data necessary for producing multiple ongoing projects across 35-100 clients, tracking and communicating with team members to ensure all data points are received, and reviewing and proofreading data sheets, final art, and other critical information to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.

You will also assist in the preparation, communication, and delivery of essential job-related information, ensuring that project milestones are met and documentation is completed on time. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and adherence to deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associates degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2-4 years of administrative experience with a proven track record of handling large-scale information flow and proofreading or quality control tasks.

Key skills and qualifications include exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dedicated team of professionals who care about our clients and each other.
