HVAC Service Technician Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Residential Heating Specialist to take on a leadership role within our HVAC service team at Work With Your Handz. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise and leadership abilities to drive excellence in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50-$70 per hour, plus spiffs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and continuous training opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the servicing, repairing, and maintaining of residential HVAC systems.
  • Collaborating with the dispatch team to prioritize tasks and optimize service efficiency.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting performance metrics.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of verifiable experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation.
  • NATE Certification in six specialties.
  • EPA certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
