Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Independent Medical Exams and Depositions, ensuring timely and efficient coordination with all parties involved.
  • Prepare and send notices, mileage checks, and other necessary documents to attorneys and vendors.
  • Manage calendars and lists of IMEs and Depositions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule appointments and provide necessary information.
  • Prepare and send letters and reports to attorneys and vendors, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of legal experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
