Account Coordinator, Client Success

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator, Client Success to support our marketing and direct response strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in acquiring, cultivating, retaining, and upgrading donors across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the account team in creating and submitting request documents, including creative briefs, insertion orders, and concept memos.
- Route campaign assets and deliverables internally.
- Provide administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, updating agendas, taking notes, and circulating action items.
- Liaise with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks.
- Support the efficient running of assigned client accounts.
- Assist other staff with projects as required.
- 1 year of agency experience desired.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work in a team environment to meet client goals.
- Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to various communication and workflow platforms.
