Job Summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Therapeutic Community Technician to join our team. As a key member of our residential therapeutic programs, you will play a vital role in maintaining a therapeutic milieu and ensuring client compliance with program rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients
  • Monitor client behavior and address any issues that may arise
  • Complete basic documentation and facilitate meetings and educational sessions as directed
  • Ensure clients attend all scheduled groups, meetings, and sessions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Experience in substance abuse or chemical dependency field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
