This individual maintains accurate records and documentation of transport requests, adhering to regulatory guidelines and departmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process communications using radiotelephone and computer-aided dispatching equipment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transport requests
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and departmental procedures
  • Assist Transfer Center staff as directed
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Public or private safety dispatch, or commercial ambulance service communications experience preferred. Customer service call center experience may be substituted if no prior experience is available.
