Job Summary

The Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in driving a high-performing recruitment function and team at Lee Health. This key position is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and directing hiring strategies, processes, and programs to fulfill the workforce needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the organization.
  • Works closely with key stakeholders, leadership, HR Business Partners, staff, and community partners to identify and meet workforce needs.
  • Creates a strong service culture and promotes a spirit of teamwork among recruitment team members.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Responsible for hiring, orientating, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance of recruitment team members.
  • Oversees the daily workflow for areas of responsibility, including recruitment marketing strategies and serves as liaison to advertising agencies.
  • Analyzes recruitment trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintains accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years recruiting experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual hiring targets.
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and managing staff to include coaching, performance reviews, problem resolution, process compliance, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, wide degree of flexibility, creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and organizational skills needed.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, LH procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a continuous improvement focus.
