Job Title: Community Residency Aide

Join Our Team:

Institute for Community Living is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Residency Aide to join our team. As a Community Residency Aide, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to individuals in community residences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular safety checks to ensure resident well-being
  • Assist residents with daily living skills, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Support residents in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills
  • Document incidents and observations in accordance with ICL policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in human services preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $38,000 - $48,000 per year
