Wellness Program Aide

About the Role- Develop and execute recreational programs that meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of our residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident attendance and participation in activities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution
- Support the physical, social, and mental well-being of our residents through engaging activities
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role
- A COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory
