Your Role: Leadership and Support

The Retail Key Carrier Coordinator position is an advanced role that extends beyond typical coordination duties. In this capacity, you will primarily fulfill the Coordinator responsibilities while also stepping into the Key Carrier role as needed. This includes taking charge of various store operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming environment.
  • Uphold a culture of integrity and confidentiality within the team.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Guide the store team in executing tasks aligned with our operational plans.
  • Address customer service challenges promptly and provide coaching to associates.
  • Exercise discretion in customer service matters to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain appropriate associate coverage to ensure optimal service.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of opening and closing procedures as per company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates regarding priorities and updates.
  • Encourage a culture of recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs for associates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage and promoting safety.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We Seek: Your Qualifications

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Familiarity with company software, systems, and procedures.
  • Understanding of merchandise flow within retail environments.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective coaching and delegation skills.
  • Ability to act decisively in challenging circumstances.
  • Proficient in multitasking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
