Nurse Unit Manager RN

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and compassion.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based best practices.
- RN license and current registration with the relevant state nursing board.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
