• Develop and implement a comprehensive Lean Enterprise Transformation Strategy to drive business excellence and efficiency.

• Provide coaching and guidance to senior IT and Business Leadership to enhance their skills and knowledge in Agile and Lean methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Agile CoE lead to define Operational Value streams aligned to the SAFe framework and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of an IT vertical in relation to the target operating model, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

• Work closely with the Agile CoE lead to develop an intervention strategy to achieve the overall DevOps and Agile transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.

• Lead the implementation of the intervention strategy within an IT vertical, providing guidance and support to teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of Agile and Lean principles.

• Maintain regular communication with the Head of Agile Enterprise Transformation, providing updates on progress, highlighting issues, and agreeing on the overall direction and strategy.

• Utilize strong leadership and influencing skills to drive Large Transformation Programs that involve both technology and the business, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Leverage expertise in Lean Enterprise thinking, Business Value Hypothesis Driven Delivery, Cost of Delay, One Metric That Matters, and other relevant methodologies to drive business excellence and efficiency.

• Provide guidance and support to teams and stakeholders on Testing Automation, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT and Business Leadership, to ensure successful adoption and integration of Agile and Lean principles.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Lean methodologies, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative in the market.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
