Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic HR Leader to join our team at Pensole Lewis College.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide guidance and answer staff questions related to HR topics and issues.
Job Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate communication between LCB and the PEO to address any issues and concerns that may arise.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible human resource management experience, preferably in higher education or a non-profit organization.
- Ability conceptualize and implement change.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, EEO, ADA, and OSHA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Location: Detroit, Michigan.
