Medical Office Coordinator

PhysicianOne Urgent Care is seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Managing patient registration and scheduling
  • Verifying insurance and worker's comp information
  • Collecting co-pays and managing patient charts
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation: $18-24 hourly (based on experience)
