Front Desk Operations Manager

As a Front Desk Operations Manager at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for leading the Rooms Division team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership skills and ability to coach and train front office employees will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing all aspects of the Front Office department
  • Coaching and training front office employees
  • Assisting and performing all tasks of front desk operations
  • Handling guest concerns and reacting quickly to ensure memorable moments for our guests


Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example and set the scene for high performance
