We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The NOW Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Experience Guide team, ensuring seamless facility operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Experience Guide team to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless facility operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Manage schedules, time-off requests, and employee performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
- Participate in quarterly inventory and supply management.
- Assist with guest complaints and concerns.
- Adhere to agreed-upon hours and participate in regular meetings with the leadership team.
- Previous sales and management experience.
