Role Overview:
As an eCommerce Sales / Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing e-commerce business for assigned accounts, driving growth, and ensuring financial goals are met. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies, programs, and plans for existing and potential customers.
  2. Collaborate with the team to achieve e-commerce financial goals, owning P&L responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability.
  3. Lead customer acquisition efforts, identifying and implementing effective strategies.
  4. Analyze market share and competition to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintain a high-performing web presence, exceeding customer expectations from brand perception to product availability and order processing timeliness.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of e-commerce sales experience, preferably with Amazon.com (1P or 3P) and Walmart Retail Link.
  • Proven track record of e-commerce sales growth.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, including site analytics, email measurement, display measurement, and Excel.

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
