Overview

Job Description
  • Schedule patients and manage calendars efficiently
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless communication with clinical staff
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls, screen and direct correspondence, and take messages accurately
  • Prepare charts, departmental records, and billing sheets according to established procedures
  • Develop and maintain administrative office procedures and systems
Requirements
  • High School diploma with 3 years of administrative experience or equivalent required
  • Proven experience working with the public essential
  • Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
