Job Summary:

HITT Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and project satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, including experience as a superintendent or project manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • OSHA 30 certification and proficiency in project management software, such as ProCore and Microsoft Project.

What We Offer:
