We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and submit submittal packages to clients and stakeholders
* Participate in the construction bidding process, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing
* Oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
* Prepare and submit monthly project status reports to stakeholders
* Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management

* Identify opportunities for value engineering and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent

* Proficiency in MS Office, Expedition, MS Project, CAD, and PDF
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
