Construction Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at AECI-Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to supervise line crews in framing, setting poles, and installing conductors on energized or de-energized lines.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of line crews to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of work week.
• Ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours when necessary.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

• CPR and first aid training.
