Key Responsibilities As a member of the Creative Services Studio, the In-House Videographer at Page plays a crucial role in visually documenting and presenting our projects, innovations, and expertise. This creative professional is responsible for producing high-quality video content that highlights the firm’s architectural and engineering achievements, thereby enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation while working closely with our Marketing, Communications, and Storytelling teams.

Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos to uphold the highest production standards. Utilize industry-standard equipment and software to ensure optimal visual and audio quality.

Storytelling through Video: Convert technical concepts and complex designs into engaging visual narratives. Collaborate with the Storytelling Team to create storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the firm’s vision and mission through video content.

Interviews and Testimonials: Conduct interviews with project team members, clients, and experts to gather insights and testimonials. Edit and integrate these interviews into project videos to provide a comprehensive perspective.

Event Coverage: Capture firm events, conferences, and seminars through videography to produce promotional and informative content.

Project Documentation: Document architectural and engineering projects from inception to completion through videography, covering various phases, design concepts, construction progress, and final outcomes.

Drone Videography/Photography: Utilize drones for aerial footage to provide a unique perspective of architectural and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Post-Production: Edit and enhance raw footage, applying color correction, audio adjustments, and special effects as necessary. Collaborate with the Creative Studio to create visually appealing graphics and animations to enhance video content.

Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and retrieval, ensuring the security and backup of video files to prevent data loss.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing teams to align video content with the firm’s branding and marketing strategies.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ video content, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the firm’s video production techniques.

Budget Management: Oversee the budget for video production projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

Compliance: Adhere to copyright and licensing regulations when utilizing third-party media assets in videos, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in video production.

Quality Control: Continuously monitor and review video content to maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across all projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording techniques. Strong creative and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with architectural and engineering terminology and concepts is a plus.
