Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Designer to become a vital part of our energetic marketing team. This role primarily focuses on crafting, refining, and elevating marketing materials through sophisticated and visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both graphic and video content development, ensuring that all outputs are professional, polished, and consistent with Aquila's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional items.
  • Create visually captivating and professional videos that showcase Aquila's offerings, services, and innovations.
  • Revise and enhance existing marketing materials to align with current design standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for campaigns.
  • Generate engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Maintain and update the design of the company website to ensure a cohesive and modern appearance.
  • Design and format the monthly company newsletter to keep subscribers informed about industry insights, Aquila's innovations, and case studies.
  • Create visual content for blog posts to improve readability and engagement.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across print and digital media.
  • Exceptional creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector or engineering field is advantageous but not mandatory.
