Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, with potential performance bonuses up to $30,000, totaling a possible earning of $125,000, in addition to gas allowances and coverage of business expenses.

Sales Region: Florida and surrounding areas

Role Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and driven Field Sales Specialist to enhance our sales team. This role involves cultivating new business opportunities and engaging with existing clients to boost sales and profitability of our innovative products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include direct selling and account management to achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. Creativity and independence will be essential in this role, as you will interact with various levels within customer organizations, including technical and managerial staff. You may also be tasked with preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a target customer list, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and meet objectives.
  • Gain expertise in robotic technologies to effectively demonstrate and sell our products.
  • Travel to client locations to conduct demonstrations, negotiate agreements, and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
  • Utilize effective negotiation and sales techniques to finalize deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, aligning with their business goals and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline through our CRM system.
  • Manage relationships with sales channels and dealers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in outdoor power equipment, agriculture, or construction sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce or Hubspot.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Experience in brand sales or dealer sales is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds for product demonstrations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
