The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of employees. This role involves guiding and coordinating the work of the group towards established goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Lead a team of employees to achieve established goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate work activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources, monitoring and reporting on employee performance and progress towards goals.
- Employee Development: Develop and implement plans to improve employee performance and productivity, coordinating training and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Meet one of the following qualifications:
- Associate's Degree: Associate's degree.
- Administrative Experience: Two years of experience performing administrative support duties.
- SCF Experience: Demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support III or similar support position at SCF.
- Leadership Experience: Two years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor I level.
- SCF Leadership: Demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor I at SCF.
SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. Compliance with SCF's Employee Health Procedure is a condition of employment.
