Job Summary
Under the direction of the executive assistant, administrative supervisor, Investments, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to perform diverse and advanced administrative support for our Investments department.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries, and other materials to support the overall goals of the Investment department.
- Produce external, compliance, and quarterly reports for investment Asset Class Heads, managers, and traders.
- Provide backup and assistance for other administrative assistants in arranging travel and various other duties.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, assist in preparation of materials, development of logistics, setup, invitations, etc.
- Prepare and present special projects as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College-level course work with emphasis in business preferred.
- Five years' administrative assistant experience in a business office preferred.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations required. Advanced PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Ability to preserve confidential information required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts required.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while meeting strict deadlines with minimal direct supervision required.
- Proven ability to operate Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment required.
- Excellent work record of attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet business needs.
