Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 61 Tacos Florida Port Saint Lucie LLC. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
    • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and supply chain management
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
    • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions

The Restaurant General Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and other physical demands. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a team environment.
