Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 61 Tacos Florida Port Saint Lucie LLC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, growing sales while maximizing efficiency and profitability of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully staff the store with quality people and ensure they are certified according to the current training process at all times.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees, promoting a service-oriented culture and an environment of fun and teamwork.
  • Evaluate performance and recommend salary increases, as well as disciplinary action, suspension, and/or termination when necessary.
  • Develop and grow team members and future managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Deliver the Brand to everyone the Del Taco Way by executing Del Taco standards and using our processes and systems 100% of the time.
  • Maintain the facility and customer areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure employees are in proper uniform and adhere to cleaning schedules and standards.
  • Ensure a consistent service experience and that POP and signage are present and in the approved location.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in the QSR industry or full-service concept preferred.
  • ServSafe Certified and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a great telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and accurate, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, promote learning, development, and career growth.

Working Conditions

  • Office and restaurant environment, with extended periods of standing, sitting, typing, and looking at a computer screen.
  • Ability to drive/travel to restaurant locations within assigned areas, including some overnight travel.
  • Valid Driver's License and Proof of Vehicle Insurance required.
