As part of our nationwide sales & promotional campaign, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Experience Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a coffee aficionado who can showcase the premium line of espresso and coffee machines from Nespresso. As a Nespresso Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customers with the full Nespresso experience, including coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions that cater to customers' specific flavor preferences. Your passion for coffee and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Exude enthusiasm and passion for the Nespresso brand at all times
- Provide customers with the full Nespresso experience that includes coffee tastings, engaging machine demonstrations, and recommending product solutions that cater to customers' specific flavor preferences
- Increase product sales and machine registrations through best-in-class demos, knowledge of products, and coffee expertise
- End demo speeches using positive sales closing techniques and conveying Nespresso's sustainability and recycling credentials
- Train store associates to communicate Nespresso information with confidence
- Operate the Nespresso Trade mobile app to register machine purchases and coffee orders
- Maintain tasting table/demo area in accordance with proper hygiene requirements and visual standards
- Ensure demo machines are clean and functional
- Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and associates
- Participate in required program training sessions and team conference calls
- Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift
**Requirements**
- Retail, sales, or training related experience
- Enthusiast of coffee related beverages
- Previous food demonstration experience a plus
- Engaging attitude with superior interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
**Compensation and Benefits**
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Bonus potential
- W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule & direct deposit

**Location and Schedule**
- 8 hours per weekend
- 12pm-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays
- Seattle, WA
