Implementation Advisor Partner Experience Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our organization by participating in process planning, development, and implementation. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional partner and customer experience, with a concentration on continuous improvement activities that support our contact centers in efficiently resolving partner and customer problems.
Key Responsibilities- Create strategic plans for process changes to ensure quality, prioritization, and operational feasibility before rollout.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on implementation projects impacting partners and customers. Collect and communicate project and operational data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives targeting key performance indicators for the contact centers. Collaborate on documenting improved process flows validated using process success metrics.
- Maintain documentation standards and templates for contact center materials based on industry-standard best practices. Ensure all documentation is formatted and maintained appropriately.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to lead others.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and levels within the organization.
- Able to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures, or methods.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Skill in applying project management methodology.
- Ability to lead moderately complex processes and projects.
The estimated base salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
