About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead our product development teams in creating innovative electrical solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving project schedules, coordinating with engineers and designers, and ensuring timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and design products from concept to launch
  • Drive project schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop product roadmaps and track project portfolio KPIs
  • Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure on-time delivery and escalate any roadblocks
  • Work with the team to continuously improve project processes and reduce product development cycle time
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required
  • 5+ years of related engineering experience and 2+ years of project management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 360 tools, including Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to provide work direction to teams and promote open communication
