  • Assist in the thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances and storage areas.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations regarding handling and storage.
  • Follow the uniform policy as required.
  • Communicate daily with management to accurately prepare the menu.
  • Monitor food temperature compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing equipment.
  • Ensure waste disposal areas and kitchen floors are kept tidy and sanitary.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned, which may include various kitchen tasks.

Physical Requirements

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. The role may also necessitate the use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

  • Food Service Certification as required.
  • Education or training sufficient to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.
