Automotive Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager to oversee the sale and inventory of parts for our Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Purchasing and Procurement: Source and purchase parts from suppliers, ensuring that prices are competitive and delivery times are met.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of Parts Department employees, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience working in a Parts Management role in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
