KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax, and advisory services. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Automation COE organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain applications to meet end-user needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools to meet business requirements
  • Creating and maintaining reports and other required items to display data and information for the business
  • Partnering with and mentoring Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms, including Automation Anywhere, and a minimum of three years of recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience is required.
