Wound Care Specialist

At Healwell Management LLC, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Provider to join our team in Yakima, WA and surrounding areas. As a full or part-time Wound Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with wounds, ensuring their comfort and promoting healing.

Key responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, developing and implementing individualized wound care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
To qualify for this position, you must hold an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Washington and/or Idaho. Experience of 1-3 years as a provider is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, dependent on experience, as well as a strong benefits package, including competitive compensation, great work environment, and career advancement opportunities.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Washington and/or Idaho
- 1-3 years of experience as a provider (preferred)
- Strong knowledge and experience in wound care management
- Ability to triage patients effectively in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in post-acute care settings (Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing)
