Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Home Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting long-term care insurance assessments in the field. Your primary duties will include obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, and evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence.
The assessment process involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and able to use a point-of-care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real-time for documentation purposes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
