Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote, must reside on the West Coast and adhere to California working hours)

Your Impact:

  • Oversee the daily management of employee benefits, compliance, immigration matters, and leaves of absence.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise on necessary adjustments to our HR processes.
  • Utilize our HRIS, Paylocity, to manage leaves of absence, address employee inquiries, adjust system settings, and generate reports as required.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leaves, and workplace safety, directing complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the showroom manager with employee relations guidance, compliance updates, and other emerging needs.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing employee leaves of absence in collaboration with our leaves administrator.
  • Contribute to the implementation, testing, and administration of the annual benefits open enrollment process.
  • Maintain awareness of our policies, industry trends, best practices, and advancements in human resources and employment law.
