Job Title: Labor Relations Manager

At Maryhaven, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of labor relations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster positive labor-management relationships.
  • Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes.
  • Conduct research to support effective labor practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address workforce issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business or related field required.
  • At least five years of professional experience in labor relations and human resource administration required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
