**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of projects within a federal agency.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide leadership, oversight, and direct management of project staff to ensure all project goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Perform a portion of the daily operational work required for the project, ensuring quality and adherence to federal guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members to promote collaboration, productivity, and goal achievement.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and federal agency contacts regarding project progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, and timelines, making necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status and financials.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with federal regulations, contract requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Must have 10+ years of professional experience in supervising staff in accounting, finance, business administration, criminal justice, or related areas.
  • Should have demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within a government setting.
