Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator with Financial Expertise to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into computer systems, maintaining organized filing systems, and tracking company records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately inputting data into computer systems from various sources.
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Tracking and updating important company records and logs.
  • Processing customer orders, including verifying details and generating invoices.
  • Responding to internal emails and phone calls regarding administrative matters.
  • Generating reports and spreadsheets based on data analysis as required.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience as an office assistant in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Fluent in both Spanish & English strongly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proactive problem solver willing to search for the best solution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
