Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

This position involves providing financial administration support to the organization, ensuring accurate and timely execution of payment activities, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Main Responsibilities
  • Process payments and execute payment activities for multiple vendors and suppliers, adhering to financial administrative procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with accounting staff to prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents as required.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MS Excel and other relevant software tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and experience with MS Dynamics are highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation Package
