About the Opportunity

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting team at the Association of National Advertisers. Reporting directly to the EVP of Accounting / Finance & HR, you will collaborate with senior executives to drive departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, meeting both internal and external reporting deadlines.
  • Develop high-quality in-depth financial analysis, utilizing industry best practices and expertise.
  • Manage daily accounting functions, ensuring optimal performance of our SAGE Intacct software.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including 3+ years in an accounting managerial role.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or MBA highly desirable.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
