Responsibilities:- Develop construction documentation, including plans, sections, schedules, details, controls, cost estimates, and specifications for mechanical systems.
- Conduct mechanical system selection, energy and life cycle cost analysis, and ensure designs meet energy and sustainable design targets.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop calculations, system concepts, layouts, and designs.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
